How to acheive a flat stomach

There are 5 simple steps to achieving a flat stomach.

1- Always drink hard liquor, never beer, and always use a diet mixer
2- Eat Sour Patch Kids
3- Buy an exercise ball that you sit on for exactly one (1) minute
4- Directly after #3, follow up with #1 & 2
5- Repeat daily
